On 12 (Opening Ceremony) -13-14-15 October 2017, the Person Centered Medicine International Academy and the Milan School of Medicine organized the World Conference :” Medical Science and Health Paradigm Change” addressed to formalize the epistemological Change of the Paradigm of Medical Science and the concept of health toward Person Centered Medicine, born in Milan, Regione Lombardia, Italy, in 1998.
The Conference has been held at the Niguarda-Ca Granda hospital , which belongs to the history of Milan and Europe, as one of the first health institution of the world to warrant free health care to people since the XVI° century.
At the Conference the World Health Charter, (WHC) promoting free health care for all ,will be presented. The WHC is based on the ethical and new theoretic approach of Medicine and Health Governance and to the new definition of health inspired by Person Centered Medicine. The WHC is sent to all the Head of States, and to the United Nations requesting the adhesion and an international convention

Le 12 (Cérémonie D’ouverture), 13-14-15 Octobre 2017, l’Académie Internationale de Médecine Centrée sur la personne e l’Ecole de Médecine de Milan ont organisé le Congrès International « Le changement des paradigmes de la science médicale et de la santé » pour formaliser la nouvelle conception épistémologique de la Médicine vers la Médecine centrés sur la personne, née à Milan, dans le 1998.
La Conférence tenue chez l’hôpital Niguarda-Ca Granda, qu’ appartient à l’histoire de Milan, comme une des premières institutions du monde en donnante soins médicales gratuits au peuple depuis le XVI° siècle.
Dans le Congrès la Charte Mondiale de la Santé, (CMS) sera présentée.
La CMS est fondée sur l’ éthique universelle des soins gratuits pour tous et le nouvel approche théorétique de la médecine et la nouvelle définition de la santé inspirée par la médicine centrée sur la personne. La Charte Mondiale de la Santé est envoyée aux chefs d’État du monde pour leurs adhésions et aux Nations Unies pour une convention internationale.
Le congrès offre des conditions de participation facilitées pour les étudiants de Médecine, les médecins en apprentissage, les membres des Sociétés de Médecine et les delegués de l’EMA
